Ingredients: magnesium citrate, L-ascorbic acid, saw palmetto extract (Serenoa repens extract), L-carnitine HCL, arginine L, ginseng extract (Panax Ginseng C.A. Meyer’s extract), iron (II) fumarate, anti-caking agent amorphous silica, zinc oxide, nicotinamide, D-α-tocopheryl acetate, pyridoxine hydrochloride, riboflavin, coenzyme Q10, D-calcium pantothenate, bioflavonoids, thiamine hydrochloride, manganese sulphate, copper gluconate, retinyl acetate, stabilizer hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose, pteroyl monoglutamic acid, potassium iodate, L-selenomethionine, phylloquinone, D-biotin, chromium picolinate, cyanocobalamin, cholecalciferol.

Dosage: Take 1 capsule a day with water.
