Tervisepüramiid/Health Pyramid’s Iron with B12 Vitamin is a very efficient iron preparation and the first food supplement in Estonia with 50 mg iron content. It is very important that the iron is trivalent and ensures as ammonium citrate compound the best possible intake of iron by your body. Our bodies also need B and C vitamins to enhance efficient iron intake. B12 vitamin is necessary for haematopoiesis; the large dose of B12 vitamin in the product ensures the required B vitamin amount and iron in such a combination with vitamins ensures healthy and strong cells.
