Ingredients

Anti-caking agent in microcrystalline cellulose, anti-caking agent magnesium stearate, dicalcium phosphate, L-ascorbic acid, silicon, corn starch, D- biotin, zinc gluconate, sodium selenate, colouring agent silica.

Dosage

Take 1 tablet daily with water.
