B-complex soluble tablets contain a large dosage of all group B vitamins, which improve the central nervous system and lowers stress. Group B vitamins are also very important in cell metabolism. Additionally, group B vitamins improve the metabolism of skin and hair and help keep the skin healthy and maintain its elasticity.
Vitamins B1, B2 and B6 help the body produce energy and enhance the central nervous system. Vitamin B3 improves the metabolism of carbs, lipids and proteins. Vitamin B7 is especially necessary for collagen metabolism in the skin, helping maintain a glowing and youthful skin. Dosage:
1 tablet a day solved in 200ml of water.
