Magnesium is a substance that is very important for your health, because it is part of the composition of more than 300 enzymes, or biocatalysts. Magnesium is a mineral that is necessary for the development of healthy teeth and bones and essential to the normal functioning of the cardiac muscle, the brain and the nervous system. Magnesium supports metabolism and helps keep blood sugar and blood pressure within limits. Owing to its antioxidative properties, magnesium helps strengthen the immune system.

Magnesium is also considered an anti-stress mineral – it relaxes muscles and has a calming effect. In addition, it regulates the intake of calcium into cells. An increase of magnesium in the body occurs after six weeks of consumption.

INGREDIENTS

Magnesium citrate, anti-caking agents microcrystalline cellulose and magnesium stearate, stabilisers hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose. 

DOSAGE

1-2 tablets a day, swallow with water. Children under the age of 12 should take 1 tablet a day.

Suitable for use from the age of 3. Do not exceed the amount for daily consumption! The food supplement does not replace a varied and balanced diet. Keep out of the reach of children. Keep dry and at room temperature.
