Ingredients:

magnesium citrate, L-ascorbic acid, Saw Palmetto extract (Serenoa repens extract), L-carnitine HCL, arginine L, ginseng extract (Panax Ginseng CA Meyer extract), iron(II) fumarate, amorphous silicon dioxide as anti-caking agent, zinc oxide, nicotinamide, D-α-tocopheryl acetate, pyridoxine hydrochloride, riboflavin, coenzyme Q10, D-calcium pantothenate, bioflavonoids, thiamine hydrochloride, manganese sulfate, copper gluconate, retinyl acetate, hydroxypropylmethylcellulose as stabiliser, pteroylmonoglutamic acid, potassium iodate, L-selenomethionine, phylloquinone, D-biotin, chromium picolinate, cyanocobalamin, cholecalciferol.

Dosage:

Take 1 capsule a day with water.
